Premrest Flooring is the commercial flooring division of Premier Restorations Group Pty Ltd, delivering carpet tile, vinyl, LVT and hard-flooring installation for head contractors, project managers and corporate clients across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
We have delivered commercial flooring programs in Australia for more than a decade, on projects ranging from single-floor refurbishments through to multi-level fit-outs above two million dollars where flooring sits on the critical path. Named projects and clients include JLL, ANZ, NAB, KPMG, Medibank, Telstra, Bendigo Bank and 101 Collins.
Our operating model is a national program-delivery business: in-house installers in each of our three primary cities, backed by a national subcontractor network, so we can scale for a weekend push or a floor-per-week rollout without losing control of the finish. Every project runs to a documented staging plan, moisture and slab testing to AS 1884, per-project waste diversion reporting and a written handover pack.

Tim Bradbury & Ben Young
Tim Bradbury, General Manager Projects. Tim leads Premrest Flooring's projects business. He came from the build-to-rent developer side of the industry, where he project managed developments north of 100 million dollars, and he runs building-wide flooring refurbishments with the same discipline.
Ben Young, Managing Director. Ben leads Premrest Group, the parent business behind Premrest Flooring, and oversees the national floor cleaning, maintenance and special projects operations that sit alongside the flooring division.
