Tim Bradbury
Tim leads our Projects business. He came from the build-to-rent developer side of the industry, where he project managed developments north of $100 million, and he runs building-wide flooring refurbishments with the same discipline: break the building into manageable stages, sequence the work around the site's access and tenant constraints, and keep moving. The methodology is straightforward. Following it is where most contractors come unstuck, and it's exactly what his team is built for.

What commercial flooring does Premrest Flooring install?
Carpet tile, LVT and vinyl plank, welded-seam sheet vinyl, engineered timber, laminate, rubber and resilient flooring, plus subfloor preparation and moisture testing. We install to the specifier's product schedule for head contractors and corporate property teams.

Can you install in an occupied office?
Yes. Most metropolitan office refurbishments are staged after-hours or on weekends around tenants and building access, with rolling furniture-lift so the floor is back in use on Monday.
Do you do aged care carpet installs?
Yes. Aged care carpet installs are staged in occupied homes: carpet tile in dry resident zones, safety vinyl in wet or clinical rooms, bedrooms during the day and corridors after hours. The zone split and install sequence are in our aged-care carpet install guide.
