Commercial flooring questions
What commercial flooring does Premrest Flooring install?
Carpet tile, LVT and vinyl plank, welded-seam sheet vinyl, engineered timber, laminate, rubber and resilient flooring, plus subfloor preparation and moisture testing. We install to the specifier's product schedule for head contractors and corporate property teams.
Which cities do you cover?

Can you install in an occupied office?
Yes. Most metropolitan office refurbishments are staged after-hours or on weekends around tenants and building access, with rolling furniture-lift so the floor is back in use on Monday.
Do you do aged care carpet installs?
Yes. Aged care flooring is staged in occupied homes: carpet tile in dry resident zones, safety vinyl in wet or clinical rooms, bedrooms during the day and corridors after hours. The aged-care flooring hub covers the zone split, occupied-home sequence and city coverage.
